How Data Is Used

Data is used to capture leads, manage appointments, send notifications, activate licenses, operate demos, provide support, and improve the product.

Third-Party Providers

When configured, the app may send limited data to AI, email, SMS, hosting, analytics, or payment providers. Buyers are responsible for choosing compliant providers and configuring them correctly.

Customer Installations

For self-hosted customer installations, the buyer controls the hosting environment and the customer data stored in that installation.
