Refund Policy

Because Cavintra is a digital software product, refunds should be requested through the payment platform used for purchase and are reviewed according to the offer purchased.

Eligible Refund Requests

Refunds may be considered when a duplicate purchase was made, the product package cannot be downloaded, or a verified product defect prevents normal installation and cannot be resolved within a reasonable time.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are generally not provided for lack of hosting, missing third-party accounts, change of mind after download, custom setup work already performed, or expected business results that were not achieved.
