Terms of Service

These terms govern access to Cavintra products, demos, downloads, licenses, and related services. By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using Cavintra, you agree to use it lawfully and to follow these terms.

License

Cavintra is licensed, not sold. A license gives the buyer the right to install and use the software according to the plan purchased. Sharing license keys, reselling the source package without permission, or distributing modified copies as your own product is not allowed.

Buyer Responsibilities

You are responsible for hosting, configuration, third-party provider accounts, email delivery settings, data entered into the app, and compliance with laws that apply to your business and customers.

Third-Party Services

The product can connect to services such as payment, AI, email, and SMS providers. Those services are controlled by their own terms, pricing, uptime, privacy practices, and account requirements.

No Guaranteed Results

Cavintra helps capture and manage leads, but it does not guarantee revenue, rankings, sales, appointments, or business outcomes.

Support

Included support, if any, is limited to the offer purchased. Paid setup, customization, hosting, provider configuration, and marketing help may be offered separately.
